3. Vérifier que le programme vient bien de nous
Les programmes téléchargeables depuis ce site sont signés numériquement au nom de David Maus.
Avant d'installer, vérifiez le nom de l'éditeur affiché par Windows au lancement du fichier. Il doit indiquer David Maus. Si un autre nom apparaît, si aucun nom n'apparaît, ou si Windows indique un éditeur inconnu, n'installez pas le fichier et prévenez-nous à support@afksecurity.online.
Selon l'ancienneté d'une version, Microsoft Defender SmartScreen peut afficher un avertissement sur un fichier encore peu téléchargé. Cet avertissement porte sur la diffusion du fichier et non sur son contenu. L'empreinte SHA-256 de chaque fichier est publiée sur la page de téléchargement pour ceux qui souhaitent la vérifier eux-mêmes.
4. Nature des logiciels proposés
Les logiciels proposés sur ce site sont des logiciels de sécurité informatique et d'outillage pour ordinateur personnel. Ils ne constituent en aucun cas une activité de gardiennage, de surveillance physique ou de protection de personnes ou de biens au sens de la réglementation sur la sécurité privée.
Les logiciels de sécurité informatique de l'éditeur, dont AFKSecurity, viennent en complément d'un antivirus. Ils ne le remplacent pas.
5. Propriété intellectuelle
Les logiciels, leur code source, leur interface, leur documentation, les marques et les éléments graphiques de ce site sont protégés par le droit de la propriété intellectuelle et demeurent la propriété exclusive de David Maus.
L'achat d'un abonnement confère un droit d'usage dans les conditions du contrat de licence utilisateur final. Il n'emporte aucune cession de droits.
Les logiciels intègrent des composants tiers distribués sous licence libre. La liste de ces composants et le texte de leurs licences sont publiés sur la page prévue à cet effet et fournis avec chaque installation.
6. Médiation de la consommation
Tout consommateur peut, après avoir adressé une réclamation écrite à support@afksecurity.online et à défaut de solution, saisir gratuitement le Service de médiation pour le consommateur institué auprès du Service public fédéral Économie, notamment par la plateforme Belmed.
La plateforme européenne de règlement en ligne des litiges a définitivement cessé ses activités le 20 juillet 2025 et ne constitue plus une voie de saisine.

Tout contenu de ce site jugé illicite peut être signalé à support@afksecurity.online, en précisant la date du constat, l'adresse de la page concernée et le motif.

3. Checking that the program comes from us
Programs downloadable from this site are digitally signed in the name of David Maus.
Before installing, check the publisher name shown by Windows when the file is launched. It must read David Maus. If another name appears, if no name appears, or if Windows reports an unknown publisher, do not install the file and tell us at support@afksecurity.online.
Depending on how recent a version is, Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may warn about a file that few people have downloaded yet. That warning is about distribution, not about content. The SHA-256 fingerprint of each file is published on the download page for those who want to check it themselves.
4. Nature of the software
The software offered on this site is computer security software and tooling for personal computers. It is in no way a private security, guarding or physical surveillance activity, and it does not protect persons or premises.
The publisher's computer security software, including AFKSecurity, complements an antivirus. It does not replace one.
5. Intellectual property
The software, its source code, its interface, its documentation, the trade marks and the graphic elements of this site are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of David Maus.
Buying a subscription grants a right of use under the end user licence agreement. It transfers no rights.
The software includes third-party open-source components. The list of those components and the text of their licences are published on the dedicated page and supplied with every installation.
6. Consumer mediation
After sending a written complaint to support@afksecurity.online, and failing a solution, any consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service established within the Belgian Federal Public Service Economy, in particular through the Belmed platform.
The European online dispute resolution platform definitively ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer a way to bring a complaint.
7. Reporting
Any content on this site believed to be unlawful may be reported to support@afksecurity.online, stating the date it was seen, the address of the page concerned and the reason.
